Hi ladies!

After some help with sleep please for twins!! How on earth do those of you with twins/multiples get them to sleep ok in the same room together?!? 🙈

my twins are just over 7 months now, and were sleeping fine in their nursery together (separate cots) but recently they started waking each other up loads, crying out lots and setting the other one off then all hell breaks loose. I had to move my little girl into my room for a while so we could all get some sleep, and now I’m struggling to move her back. Even if by some miracle I get them both down in the nursery together (they don’t settle easily at all), then an hour or 2 later one will cry and wake the other again and we’re back to square one. I’m on my own with them, so it’s very difficult when they both start crying like that. I use White Noise with a Hatch machine in the room but they’re still waking each other. I really want to get them both back into the nursery together.

Any advice please?
