Hello May Mamas!

My son has been sick for over 24 hours now he has been puking and at first I thought maybe it was the stomach bug, but then I was also questioning if it would be because I stated cereal with him a couple weeks ago and is having an allergic reaction to it? Well it’s now been over 24 hours and I just changed his diaper and there was blood in his urine?! I’m worried sick and not sure what is going on? It’s Sunday and his doctors office is closed. Should I be taking him into the ER? Looking for opinions and if any other mommas have ever dealt with anything like this? I spiraled down the google rabbit hole and it could be a UTI to something wrong with his kidneys. Any insight would be great! Thank you.
