TMI PIC af coming or somthing else ?

Is this my af coming. I am 14 days late and on day 46 I cramping, back pain and bad headaches. Need help! Negative test but have no reason I’d be pregnant. Need help or reassurance.

Probably didn’t ovulate when you thought. If there’s no reason to think of pregnancy it’s probably just really late.

So my period is coming or it this ovulation bleeding. I have been taking ovulation test and last week it was a dark line then today u can barely see the line.
