Extremely painful and tender breasts WAY before PMS?

Hi all, so for the past 4 or 5 days I’ve had EXTREMELY tender breasts. To the point where I need to hold them when I’m going up or down stairs. They hurt too much. I’m not supposed to get my period until the 22nd. This has never happened to me before where my boobs will get this tender this early in my cycle. Is it normal? According to glow I ovulated about 5 days ago. I’m not on any birth control. Wondering if this has happened to you before? Thanks ladies
