I really want to buy a home, it would be my first time buying. I’m currently renting for 1600 a month and I figured buying a home would be a better option because I can renovate if I want to, I don’t have to deal with landlords or rental companies and I can have pets. Any advice on what to do to have a good home buying experience? I’m currently working on getting my credit at a pretty high score and working on paying off my car and credit cards so that my debt to income ration is low.
