Soul tie hurting me

I’m currently in a soul tie with my ex of 7 years found out I was pregnant and got an abortion bc things were not healthy. We are trying our ABSOLUTE best to break it but literally can not. It almost hurts for us not to be with each other. We know we have it and I honestly think getting pregnant by him made it worse. Please how tf do I get out this it’s breaking me
