What is wrong with me

Question

It hurts when I pee.. last two days or so. Today I got some spotting of blood, I’m no close or due for my period, and I’ve never spotted before. What do I do? I’m a minor and I don’t feel comfortable telling my parents, we aren’t close. 
I’m a lesbian and sexually active (fingers, strap on, no oral within the last 3-5 months)

Likely a UTI and you can go septic untreated so get yourself into urgent care so they can test and get antibiotics started.

If it hurts when you pee, my first thought is that you might have a UTI. Do you also feel the need to pee frequently, even if not much comes out? If so, you definitely have a UTI. Those need to be treated with antibiotics. You can take azo, which is an over the counter medicine to help relieve some of the symptoms, but if left untreated, it can turn into a kidney infection which is much more serious. Drink lots of water, as that can also help your symptoms.

UTI probably, you can get those without being securely active. Tight underwear for one can cause them. They have some AZO products over the counter you can buy to test yourself and help temporarily relieve symptoms (your pee will be red as it's cranberry stuff). 
You do need antibiotics though to clear it, so you will need to tell your parents that you have pain when you pee and that you think you have a UTI.
