Weight gain
Normally I’m Pretty fit. I would do 1-2 hours exercise daily and had a fairly clean diet. With first trimester energy and diet limitations I gained more weight than I should have or wanted to and I’m really Struggling with my body dysmorphia. I’m 15 weeks now and I just feel fat and disgusting and cant be intimate with my partner nor do I feel comfortable in any clothing.
My IBS - C has also gotten much worse causing added bloat and discomfort.
I for some reason seem to have a concentration of back fat. I know weight loss shouldn’t be a goal but now that my energy is better and my diet is better I wondered if anyone had any tips to get myself back on track.
