First Dr Appt 6 Weeks

I went to the Dr This Morning and They wasn’t able to find a Yolk sac or nothing. At first she did the regular way then she did a Transvaginal ultrasound. Should I be worried ? I been crappy BAD and feel like my period about to come but still no Blood.
