What teas are breastfeeding friendly? I have a sore throat due to a congested nose and just want something to help soothe my throat

Pretty much any standard herb outside of the mint family, sage, and parsley are fine to have while breastfeeding. You'd have to drink a ton of mint tea for it to actually reduce your supply, but it will change the taste of your milk (mint is one of the three flavors that strongly translates from food into milk) and baby probably won't like it.

I would do chamomile with honey. No peppermint since it will decrease your supply or dry you up.
