It depends on why you are getting it. In my mind, every vulva is unique and perfect in it’s own way. To cosmetically alter your genitals to fit some amorphous standard of beauty is unnecessary and disturbing to me personally. However, some labia can be so large as to cause discomfort during sex or just walking! In that case I’d say do what you need to do to make yourself comfortable
