Tiny amount of blood in newborn poop

So my son had his 1 month check up today. Healthy as can be big boy 12.5 lbs. Anyway the only concern I had was mucus in his poo for the past week or so. This is my 3rd baby so I do remember my other kids having it here n there but it seemed more than usual to me. I showed him a pic, he mentioned sometimes it happens and to look out for any blood in poo. And any amount is a cause for serious concern and to go to the ER. Now we’re home and as I’m being the crazy over thinking mom that I am I’m looking at the pic I showed him and I do see a few speckles of blood. Now I’m anxious whether to annoy them by calling over a pic that he already saw (like a psycho). Baby is acting normal and happy as can be. When he poops sometimes is fussy until he gets it out but other than that nothing. Picture below
