Running a fever

I am currently 18 weeks pregnant and my temp has climbed to 100.1, I have taken mucinex and Tylenol today as well as kept a cold cloth on my face. Have you had this and what did your provider suggest? I don’t want to waste a phone call if they don’t need to check on the baby.
