Breastfeeding help

Kala

I had my first baby 1 month ago so all of this is new to me. I have always planned to breastfeed and been excited to do so… only nobody prepared me for how mentally and emotionally draining not to mention exhausting this would be. The week my milk came in everything was great! But it didn’t last long. My supply decreased by half and we have not been able to pinpoint the reason why. My nipples have been incredibly sore and swollen and we just found out it is due to a yeast infection and now my baby hash thrush. Talk about mom guilt. I had no idea I had it and gave it to him. We are both on meds but I can’t breastfeed until I am clear of infection so I don’t reinfect him. Now I am pumping and giving him a bottle. My right breast now has a ruptured milk duct that is bleeding so much when I pump I have to pour out that milk ): any tips on how to increase production, comfort, or any breastfeeding tips in general would be much appreciated.
