Okay so I struggle with anxiety so I know my overthinking can get the best of me often. I just need a second opinion. So I've been on a triphasic birth control pill since I was 16. Now, at 20, I swapped to a monophasic pill about 2 weeks ago. I finished my pack of triphasic and went straight into monophasic no gaps or anything. I didn't miss a day and took it in the same time frame. I had sex 2 days before my period, a week before I swapped. And now my breasts are a little sore and heavy feeling. My nipples seem to always be sore and hard. Now I know pregnancy and starting a new birth control can often have the same symptoms. I wasn't ovulating when I had sex either. I don't start my next period for another week. But my anxiety is killing me. Really any opinions would be appreciated. Maybe it's the birth control? Or all in my head? I know stress can delay a period so if I keep worrying myself to death a late period may just give me a heart attack lol thanks in advance
