Implantation bleeding?

Started bleeding today a week before my period is due. Thought it was the start of my period but it’s very early to be my period but it’s very light compared to my normal period and I put a pad on thinking I was about to bleeding and nothing has gone on the pad but every time I wipe it’s this type of bleeding.
