Picky eater help!
My daughter just turned three, she's always had a verrrrry small appetite since she was 6 months old.. she's never been interested in solids or milk either and due to this and probably our pressure to get her to eat she's developed into a very picky eater. Unfortunately, things are getting worse and worse and we are really at a loss on what to do. She is down to a few safe foods (under 5) and she currently refuses to eat anything at daycare either. So she is going 7 or 8 hours without food on a daily basis.. when we pick her up from daycare she is so hangry and tired it's ridiculous and she will still refuse to eat unless it's one of her safe foods. We've tried many different courses, solid starts, feeding littles.. which helped us remove the pressure from mealtimes but nothing seems to help. Anyone else experience something like this!? What can we do.. I'm living in Europe and there are no "feeding therapists" here and all the pediatricians we've seen are completely useless.. she is barely 12kg and I'm really starting to get scared what repercussions this might have for her as she gets older. There must be someone that's gone through something similar. What helped??
