Some women have symptoms very early just due to initial hormonal shifts. 
I personally had some nausea and dizziness very early (4-5 dpo) and then tested positive 8 dpo.

It’s not possible because the earliest you can implant is 6dpo. Any symptoms you feel now are just due to hormone changes
