I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks in the middle of September. Just started my 2nd period after, but I had 7 days of very light spotting before that. I have never had this before. Is that an indication that my hormones are still messed up and it was not even possible to get pregnant this month?

Pretty sure I ovulated based on opk, bbt, and my period started exactly 14 days after.

Anyone else have this? And when does it get better? It’s driving me crazy
