Anyone else feeling this?

I'm 36.5 weeks and I have been having the sharpest pains right in my vagina, like a stabbing sensation that feels like my water is going to explode. I am having sharp pains on the inside of my thighs that makes me need to immediately get off my feet. I do not remember having this with my first 2, but curious if it's happening to anyone else

I've been having that too. The thigh pain is unreal sometimes. I'm hoping the chiropractor can help me out Thursday at my appointment.

37+1 and have been feeling this on and off for the last week or so. Especially when I find myself “doing too much” or moving around too much. It takes my breath away and I have to sit down because I literally can’t walk. I believe it’s baby’s head pressing down and getting into position. This is my second and I tell my husband all the time I didn’t experience this with our first. It scares me because it literally feels like my water is going to break at any second as soon as a get stand up lol. Not to mention the feeling of a bowling ball constantly sitting in between my legs. I’ve discussed it with my doctor he says it’s normal and unfortunately can get worse the closer to labor I get 😫 just trying to hang in there, we’re so close! But I definitely feel like baby girl will be sooner rather than later, lol it just feels like she’s going to pop out

Hey y’all, hope this answers your question. This stabbing stinging pain is called lightning crotch, it is in fact your baby putting pressure on your cervix. You can feel it in any area of the vagina including your clitoris which is know is weird but I feel lightning crotch all the time. At this point in our pregnancies lightning crotch is an early sign of dilation so maybe something to be excited about!

I’ve been having similar sensations and I think it’s the baby touching on a nerve that runs down the leg. Extremely unpleasant and makes me jump and unable to stand. If that’s the same thing you’re describing it’s nothing to worry about, just a pain!
