Is this a tooth? Are these sores?

Quite confused. I went to children’s today from my daughter being quite sick. During this time she cried and I saw into her mouth and saw this. If you zoom in closest to my fingers the corner of her mouth she also has a blister that’s clear and then behind the possible “tooth” you can see a white blister. I kept trying to tell the nurse this but she couldn’t see as well as I could. I circled what I’m seeing as sores and the big white on her gums is what the nurse says is a tooth.
