Implantation bleeding?

I'm pretty confident I had implantation bleeding this morning. 
I'm 12 dpo. Tested negative this morning. 
My period wouldn't be coming this early. (Unless it's my period) when should I test again?

At 12dpo it’s your period starting. IB is very rare and is not likely to cause bleeding because its so microscopic. Bleeding could be from sex,hormonal imbalance or your period starting.

At 12dpo it's not likely it's implantion bleeding because that's happens before 12 dpo. It more than likely is period
