Implantation bleeding?

I'm pretty confident I had implantation bleeding this morning. 
I'm 12 dpo. Tested negative this morning. 
My period wouldn't be coming this early. (Unless it's my period) when should I test again?

When is your period set for? How did you confirm ovulation? It’s actually possible that implantation bleeding starts before your period. How long until your period? Different sites have different info, but the reproductive endocrinologist I used to work with includes most common ranges and states that Implantation can occur 6-14 days after ovulation ends. Since you are most fertile a few days before and one day after the day(s) you actually ovulate, it’s possible you conceived earlier than ovulation. Please note : I’m not a medical professional, I did administrative work for that providers office!!! Each case is so different; I’ve almost never seen one implantation story be the same. 
All that being said, the stress of TTC could also cause your period to come early!

Too late for implantation spotting. Either period pregnancy bleeding or spotting. People confuse pregnancy spotting with implantation spotting. Implantation window is between 5 dpo to 11 dpo. After that you are pregnant and spotting as embryo is fully embedded and no longer implanting.

How did you confirm ovulation? Spotting can be any reasons age, weight, sex, hormones issues, medication, early period, ovulating. Implantation bleeding is rare and extremely hyped up on here. There isn’t enough evidence to support that implantation causes pain or bleeding.
