Late Late!!

I miss my period last month and am currently 3 days late for this months period. All together I’m 32 days late. I’ve taken test after test even got tested day before yesterday at the doctor before I had a procedure done in my back. Someone please help me understand this. I haven’t started any new medication. Haven’t stopped any medication. I never have a late period. I’ve always been very very regular unless I’m pregnant. I spotted like barely anything Friday of last week. Someone anyone give me advice or help on what I should do or what’s going on… I have no clue at this point!
