Possible miscarriage?

I had went for a scan when I was 6+3 and could see a little flicker of the heartbeat, however, as I had a miscarriage last year I rebooked a scan for today which I should have been 9+2 but the baby is only measuring 7+6 and she couldn’t find the heartbeat, I’ve been referred to the EPU but that won’t be until tomorrow now, just praying everything’s okay but am I likely to be having a missed miscarriage?
