Sleep schedule

Hey girlies! I know this isn’t really you would normally expect to see, but I need some help! I have my first of 4 clinical days tomorrow (6a-2p), I slept at 12 midnight last night and woke up at 9:30am for work today. Im not a very good “early sleeper” and my body literally fights sleeping sometimes, how can I go to bed early enough to get adequate amounts of sleep for tomorrow?
