PCOS: What can I do to help it?
I'm 16 almost 17 years old. I was diagnosed with PCOS in August. It explained the reason why I gained weight so fast. I used to be 170 pounds and felt somewhat confident. I now weigh 210 pounds. I feel really insecure about myself. I've been eating healthy and trying to to get more exercise into my routine. On top of that, i've been juggling so much school work trying to hand in missing work, helping my mother with a lot of chores because she broke her foot (this includes some meals, getting my younger brother on the bus, feeding animals, etc.) and trying to care for myself on top of that. I feel really stressed and over work which probably isn't going to make me feel any better. I get cramps even when i'm not menstruating and they get really bad to the point where it hurts to walk or I can't walk. I don't know how to better myself, my head is always in a million places at once. I just really need some guidance. I'd love any advice from anyone. Thank you for your time!
