Can anyone help me so I’ve just had my period 11th to 16th November. We are trying for a baby when would be the best time to have sex and what positions? We really want to fall this time round. Any tips? Thank you

Just track your cycle. Many people have opinions on when but we always had sex every day of ovulation trying to conceive our daughter. But I also heard to have sex every other day during ovulation. I kept my feet up afterwards too just to try and make it happen lol

What the other ladies said about tracking your cycle but I read this book that was talking about increasing your chance of pregnancy and choosing the gender of your child.It basically said that deep penetration positions like doggy increases your chance of getting pregnant

You need to have sex during your ovulation window. Buy ovulation test strips and test for ovulation. When you're ovulating have sex. Make sure to go ahead and start taking prenatals as well. Other than that there's not much more you can do.
