This might be a silly question to ask but how long does your cycle take to get back on track after going off the pill? I have not been on it since this Past May. I got my period in June. July and august I did not. September I did. October I didn’t and now again this month it’s late. I have looked it up online and I’m seeing that it can take up to 3 months for everything to get back on track, but it’s November and I’m still suddenly having irregular periods and I have never had periods like that before all this. I guess my question would be Is this something I should look into or am I overthinking?
