I never went with my mom and I don’t plan to take my kid to the first elementary school one next week. When our daycare had parent-teacher conferences they specifically asked not to bring the kids.

I usually don’t just because in case there is anything the teacher would like to discuss with me without little ears hearing. Plus I have 6, so dad watches them while I go see what’s up with grades and such. Lol
