Just wow.... What a crazy time! I was induced for hypertension at 39 weeks. Made it to 5cm before calling the epidural. Turns out they gave me the wrong version of the block by accident and gave me too much so my blood pressure bottomed out and I got coded. was scary for a while but I kept telling myself the baby was okay. Some more meds and O2 and I started to come around and oh my lord the Pitocin contractions hit HARD and I wasn't allowed anymore drugs until the block had fully.gone from my system which it felt like it wasn't even in the right spot. Finally got to have pain relief and literally not even a minute she checks me now that I'm calm and said "oh you went from 6-10 in less then an hour time to push! Shocked but ready little man came out in two contractions! No tears and hardly any bleeding! Little Alexander
