Covid sinus headache?

I tested positive for Covid 2 days ago and ever since I have had the worst sinus headache that Won’t go away. I’ve tried Advil, Tylenol, saline drops, a warm wash cloth and nothing. I’m overall feeling better today other than this nasty headache. Any tips on how to relieve it?

Might be worth trying a nasal decongestant (either tablet or spray), if it’s because of sinus pressure that could help relieve it. 
If you go with the spray, just don’t use for more than 3 days or you can have rebound congestion.

Oh i feel your pain
Not covid but the sinus kind of headaches i’ve had for 2-3 weeks recently.
Nothing helped the pain other than sleep but it eventually went away.
Try to use a saline nose spray even if your nose is clean. Steam. To clear your sinuses.
Ibuprofen may help a tiny bit as it is anti-inflammatory
