I have about 1900 saved up for supplies and really don’t have to buy much because I was lucky enough to get so much from my baby shower. I will be a first time mom. I also have about 1600 saved for emergencies, another 1,000 for household things and 6,000 for long term savings and just invested 8k and hopefully will see that amount grow within the next 5 years in an I bond.

My husband has about 4k in savings for house things and he just took up a second job so he can add to his savings. I have a lot of anxiety with money and just feel like I never have enough. I’m not posting this to brag I’m posting this because I just don’t know if this is enough with a baby and don’t know how much it will cost us. We still have to buy some clothes and a stroller but we did get a good amount of money from the shower which I am so grateful for. I am a saver with my money and just want to make sure I’m on the right path
