Considering transitioning my 16 month old to a toddler bed now since I am due Feb 1st and want to use her crib for the new baby, plus don't want to deal with transitioning her while handling a newborn/baby.

I'm just super nervous about it because she doesn't give any problems at bedtime or naptime but I feel like once she realizes she can get out on her own I feel like she would either run to the door trying to escape and follow me or her dad or start playing.

And if she does do this do I just go back in and put her to bed or am I supposed to just let her get back in bed on her own?
