7 weeks 3 days and bleeding!

I felt discharge coming out and I checked and it was blood I don’t have abdominal pain I’m currently 7 weeks and 3 days I went to the ER on November 8 they told me everything was okay with my baby and that it had a good heart beat. But now I’m scared. I don’t have an obgyn at the moment should I go to the ER?
