12/13 month old schedules??

Just curious what everyone’s schedules are looking like! My son just started sleeping through the night for a few weeks and now he’s back to waking up a few times a night. Lately he’s been waking for an hour around 3 am and it has been miserable! Not sure if he’s ready to drop to one so yet. 👀

My kiddo naps from 12-2. And he goes to bed at 8. But there is a 12 month sleep regression and it is a doozy for sure

He sleeps through the night. Taking Cara Babies suggests 3 hours max of daytime sleep and 11-12 hours overnight. I suggest reading some of her free blogs ☺️ Good luck, Mama!

I’ve been using huckleberry! Used it with my son back in 2019, it was amazing and I love it more so now with 2 kids it keeps me on track for baby girls schedule!! This is an example, although 2x this week she took 1 nap of 2.5 hours so I’m thinking slowly she will drop her second nap! Check huckleberry wake windows, it’ll help.

My daughter is 13 months. She doesn’t nap and usually sleeps through the night however she’s been waking up around midnight for the last few weeks. She doesn’t want a bottle she just wants to be comforted.

My daughter has always slept through the night and then around 10m she stopped. She’s 13m now it’s rough. I’ve tried one nap and two naps and it doesn’t matter. The longest sleep regression ever 😵‍💫

My son just turned 13 months, he has one nap after lunch, usually 12pm - 2:45. Sometimes he would sleep longer but I never let him nap longer than 3 hours. Then he goes to sleep between 7 -7:30pm and wakes 7am. He always sleeps through the night as long as he's not sick.

My kid has taken to one nap now from 1130 to roughly 230 however he wakes up sometimes right now overnight and stays awake for hours as well. He's overly clingy to me and as someone else said that sleep regression is rough and in full swing.
