I know it sounds like a bad idea, but here’s the thing.

1. We work remote, but have in person meetings once a week that last about 2 hours. So I will not be seeing him at work often at all.

2. He is a contract employee. He will no longer be working in my company in Feb.

There’s a guy I am working with who I am totally attracted to. We have amazing chemistry and I want him so bad and I know he wants me too. I really feel like this guy is my soulmate like that’s how deep this connection is. I know it’s very very bad to mess with a coworker, (trust me I’ve been there before) but he won’t be a coworker much longer. Plus if things do go bad before February, I won’t have to see him that much.

Part of me wants to wait to start things up when he leaves but the thing is, my husband is going away for work in 2 weeks for a 3 day conference, so this would be a perfect time for me to spend some time with this guy. My husband and I are in an open marriage and he is happy for me, but I always feel weird bringing guys around him even tho he’s ok with it

What would you guys do? Wait til Feb or jump on it now?
