What does this mean!

I’m 13dpo and just found out I’m pregnant, my lines were pretty faint but  noticeable. I had a lab order to be done a few days ago to check my progesterone to confirm ovulation. I never went when I should because I came down with a cold. I ended up going today for the heck of it and my levels came back a 4.060. Any idea what this means and if I should be concerned? I’m 4 weeks pregnant tomorrow (yes I’m very early) but I’ve been through two chemical pregnancy and just worried is all!
