What’s going on

So usually my af comes around the 14th of each month well in October it was around the 13th which is normal but in November is started on the 3rd well today is my ovulation day by my calendar but my breast are so so sore and my left one is leaking some clear fluid and it feels like I may start again this month I’m getting acne and usually only get it when I’m about to start af… what could be going on because I’m usually very normal maybe just 1 or 2 days off please give me some suggestions Thank you!!
