13dpo, BFN & Twinges

So I’m 13dpo and took a test this morning which was negative, for the past week Iv been experiencing lower cramps on my right side on and off. Iv never had them before, anyone else these symptoms and ended up with BFP? According to the app I’m due on tomorrow but when I count the days I’m not due until Monday/Tuesday. Or am I just reading too much into this and tricking myself.
