I want to know what products I can use to get rid of these bumps and the redness.

There is a 3 step acne kit that works for me. I also suggest not touching your face, changing your pillow cases often, drink lots of water, and sleep with your hair tied up at night.

You can use just a cucumber. You slice off one of the ends and use it as a daily cleansing. It hydrates your skin also puts natural moisture into your face. It reduces redness and starts to limit the acne as well has tightening your getting rid of the dark marks under your eyes.

I’d try out some Witch-Hazel before and after as well as a combination of trying this out for a week or two and see how you like it…??!!
It draws out toxins, impurities as well as evens out skin tone .. be sure to moisturize afterwards don’t leave the skin dry after using.

I would try Cetaphil as a gentle face wash as your skin looks sensitive, I also highly recommend seeing a dermatologist

Try using grapeseed oil, or rosehip oil, or tamanu oil. They're all great for acne. Rosehip is also good for redness, and tamanu is good for scaring. Look up their properties and chose  one

Before I changed my diet, this stuff changed my life. After I changed my diet to an “animal-based diet”, I didn’t need it anymore. Been animal-based for a year now. I think you should see a dermatologist, or at the very least a primary medical caregiver, since they can prescribe anything a dermatologist would. Please don't star adding too many products to your skin, this is how I had the most terrible outburst that only a doctor was able to get rid of.
