Has anyones hcg level dropped at 2 months?

2 days ago I went to an ER and my level was 100,326.

I came to a different ER today and it was around 83,639.

He said it’s 50/50 because we still see baby and heart beat but I’m terrified now…

I’m 8 weeks 4 days

Is it because I’m taking vitamin b multiple times a day?
