I had a medical abortion September 7 and had my follow up appointment 3 weeks later. They said everything was okay and the procedure did it’s thing. I got my period back last month it was light but lasted 9 days my usual cycle period is 6 days. This month I got my period very heavy more than the abortion bleeding or any period I’ve had in my life and it caused me to faint because it was that heavy. I was also passing clots bigger than the size of a quarter. It is now day 10 and I am still bleeding I would say it’s not light but not heavy either. I am still getting clots this is a pic of a clot I got on day 10. I went to the doctors and did a pelvic ultrasound and results came back normal.

I did a blood test as well and my RBC is low but ferritin is fine. I also recently had Covid a few weeks ago. I’m not sure why did it happening to me. Also I have not had any intercourse since august so there is no possibility of being pregnant again.
