How did you prepare for labor?
I have been walking but now since it is cold where I am I have been slowing down and I am 7 months pregnant.
I belong to a gym but I’m worried about getting sick or getting Covid/flu at the gym since the season is upon us. I have exercise videos on YouTube that I can do but I don’t know how effective they are.
Any physical movements I can do to help me prepare my body for labor? I’ve been doing yoga here and there but don’t know if that is helping
