(TMI)Miscarriage or just spotting? Please help!

I sorry tmi but got a positive pregnancy test on the 7th of November and I’ve been spotting since the 16th no red blood yet I had a bit of pink cm and a spec of red like 3 days ago but every other time it been that brownish color cm i would just be hitting my 3rd week mark of pregnancy is this normal or sign of a miscarriage?

My roule of thumb is if you're concerned call your Dr and get checked out wouldn't hurt but no it's not always a sign of miscarriage
