Smoking 🍃 and breastfeeding

I can’t find much on the topic so I figured I’d ask here. I’m thinking of smoking just to relieve my anxiety/ depression after baby is here but not sure if it goes through your breastmilk or any of that. I did have citalopram before I got pregnant but chose not to take it during pregnancy. I also don’t smoke during pregnancy. It’s hard to manage but I know I’m going to need either the medicine or smoke after he’s here. Obviously I can’t ask my dr about the weed because it’s not legal here. But I’m going to ask if my anxiety medicine will effect my milk production. Also does weed effect it? I didn’t get diagnosed with anxiety/ depression until like a year after my last son. So I don’t know.

I really don’t want to do formula. It messed my other son up so bad and he had pooping problems until he could drink actual milk. It was horrible. I only breastfeed him for 2 months because he always wanted to be on the tit. I would like to exclusively pump for this one.
