I am a little bit confused on Ovulation time. Here is Flo and premom app. I also used clear blue. In the morning it said nothing. Then late afternoon I got a smiley face, but not flashing ( which means ovulation). Also the number is going down on the ration from peak to high.

. Which high fertile window just started yesterday on the 19th. I am also cramping a lot.
