This month i have a light period due to stress i think. And the flow is less. On the 4 th day my period stopped and in the morning of the next day it started again and after i felt a clot coming down. It was a clot with blood and tissue. The period that day was light and i thought it ll stop. This morning, i ve noticed a brown discharge and i thought it was old blood and my period finishes🤷🏻‍♀️.

But a couple of hours later my light period started again.🥲

All this can be due to stress? Or can be

hormonal changes?

I dont understand if i have to be stressed about it
