Urinary infection , any advices?

‏Hi.It’s been five days that i got urinary infection. First two days blood came out when i was peeing but now it’s stop and no blood coming out I went to hospital and they told me go home, rest and drink too much water!! I still have pain in my clitoris

If you have a UTI you should have gotten antibiotics you need to take the full course 
Symptoms may not stop start away give it time to work and it sound like a bad infection

Hospital made a big mistake sending you home. Or did they give you antibiotics ?
