I have had 5 in the nicu as soo as I could express milk their blood sugars stabilized

Yes anything with carbs or sugar increases it. My son has a blood sugar issue and he still give formula through this Gtube at night at 13months. Breast milk would do the same but I can’t pump as much as he needs anymore.
